We’re a team of entrepreneurs, investors, and builders who saw firsthand how difficult it was to structure and scale group investments — especially for individuals working with friends, colleagues, and private investor networks.

Tribevest is seeking a Fund Administrator to own the financial accuracy, compliance, and operational execution of its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). This role is responsible for audit-ready bookkeeping, precise waterfall and cap table management, and flawless execution of capital contributions, distributions, and tax filings. Success is measured by accuracy, timeliness, and trust as transaction volume and platform scale increase.
As Tribevest enters its next phase of growth, the Head of Customer Operations will lead customer success, account management, and operational scalability across the business. This role owns the full client and investor journey, driving retention, repeat usage, and operational efficiency while building a high-performing team. Sitting on the leadership team and reporting to the CEO, this position shapes how Tribevest delivers a best-in-class customer experience at scale.
Tribevest is seeking a Lead Engineer to own and scale our core fintech platform, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant delivery of production software. This role is responsible for the architecture, data model, and infrastructure that power SPVs, investor onboarding, and money movement, while enabling a distributed engineering team to ship predictably. Success is measured by platform stability, security posture, and sustained delivery velocity.
Tribevest is seeking a Product Owner to own execution and release delivery across multiple fintech products in a high-growth environment. This role translates strategic direction into clear, executable backlogs, manages dependencies, and ensures reliable two-week production releases without delivery friction or last-minute scope changes. Success is measured by predictable throughput, high-quality backlogs, and improved delivery efficiency as the platform scales.
Tribevest is seeking a QA lead to own release quality across a fast-paced, data-intensive fintech platform. This role is responsible for preventing defects, automating realistic test data, and validating complex investment and banking workflows to support a consistent two-week release cadence without regressions. Success is measured by strong test coverage, reliable automation, and confident production releases as the platform scales.
As a UX lead at Tribevest, you will be accountable for improving usability across investor, fund manager, and internal tools that power multi-year SPVs. You’ll identify friction in real workflows, align stakeholders around concrete UX changes, and partner with Product and Engineering to turn insights into shipped improvements. This role is critical to scaling the platform while reducing operational cost and support dependency.
