Implementation and Adoption Manager
Tribevest is hiring an Implementation & Adoption Manager to own the rollout of its new platform to fund managers and their investors, starting in October — getting every customer live, confident, and using the platform to run their business (launching SPVs, running capital calls, closing deals). Beyond implementation, the role owns the customer feedback loop: turning what customers say and do into structured insight that drives the product roadmap, and turning happy customers into testimonials and champions. It's a fully remote, mid-level role ($95K–$105K plus equity, Eastern hours, quarterly Phoenix on-sites) that starts as an individual contributor with a path to leading a team as Tribevest scales.
About Tribevest
Tribevest simplifies capital aggregation for modern fund builders. Our platform makes it possible for fund managers and their investors to pool capital, formalize their entity, and invest together — without the legal and operational friction that used to make it painful. We're launching the next generation of our platform, and getting our customers successfully onto it is one of the most important things this company will do in the next six months.
What you'll do
- Own implementation and activation end to end. Migration onto the new platform is already underway — you pick up from there. From first login to full adoption, you're the customer's guide. You'll build repeatable playbooks, and you'll know when a customer needs the playbook thrown out.
- Drive real usage, not just logins. Success means fund managers and their investors can find the information they need, invest in their next deal, and launch their next SPV — using Tribevest to operate and grow their business.
- Build and run our customer feedback loops. You'll design how feedback gets captured across conversations, touchpoints, and the platform itself — then synthesize it, prioritize it, and deliver it to our product team in a form they can build from.
- Turn happy customers into advocates. Adoption done right produces testimonials, referrals, and champions. You'll know who our happiest customers are and make sure their stories get told.
- Communicate relentlessly. With customers, with product, and with the leadership team. If there's one skill this role runs on, it's clear, proactive communication.
Some immediate goals
- October 2026: Migration is underway across our existing customer base of 300+ fund managers, and the next step is implementation and adoption — which you will help build.
- November through year-end: Adoption and usage climb steadily — fund managers and investors are logging in, finding what they need, starting SPVs, and closing deals on the platform.
- By end of 2026: We have happy customers on record — positive testimonials we can share — and a steady flow of real customer feedback that product uses to prioritize the roadmap.
- 2027: We are acquiring and growing at scale. The foundation has been rolled out and now it’s time to grow!
Who you are
- 4–7 years of experience in customer implementation, onboarding, customer success, or a similar role where you owned outcomes. Experience in fintech, investing, or private capital is strongly preferred — our customers are fund managers, and you'll need to speak their language (SPVs, capital calls, distributions) or prove you can learn it fast.
- Genuinely empathetic. You read the room, you hear what customers aren't saying, and you meet people where they are. Our customers are high earners with high expectations — and we genuinely care about their experience.
- A translator. You can take messy, unstructured customer feedback and turn it into something a product team can ingest and act on. And you look for patterns and behavior — what customers do is feedback just as much as what they say.
- Meticulous. The platform is only as good as the data in it — you make sure everything is accurate and up to date, so our customers can rely on it to manage their business.
- At home in software. You're comfortable pulling up the platform on any call, screensharing, and walking a customer through it live. Your default move is always getting the client back in the platform to do what they need — that's what adoption means.
- Steady when it's tense. You've owned frustrated-customer situations before — de-escalating, taking ownership of the issue through resolution, and turning the complaint into feedback that improves the product. Early adoption comes with friction; you make customers feel heard and get them back on track.
- A strong writer and speaker. Most of this job is communication, and every touchpoint with our customers matters — picking up the phone, texting, customer calls, async updates, documentation. You're excellent across all of them, and you reach customers on whatever channel works best for them.
- Ambitious about growth. Tribevest has been building this platform for years, and in many ways it's a fresh start for us — a scalable foundation to grow the way we want to. You'll be part of that growth, starting as an individual contributor with a path to leading the team as we scale.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000
- Health, dental, vision, 401(k), equity, and flexible PTO
- Fully remote, US-based, with quarterly on-sites in Phoenix, AZ. You'll work Eastern Time hours or strongly overlap with them.
