  • Operate with limited formal business analysis support, translating requirements directly into executable test cases
  • Understand and test RESTful API endpoints used for automation and integrations
  • Expand testing coverage to include platform security and compliance fundamentals
Key Responsibilities (Measured)

  • Design and maintain automated scripts to create, manage, and clean up complex relational test data
  • Execute manual and automated testing for minor and major releases
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for releases moving from QA to Production
  • Identify, document, and verify resolution of defects across current and past releases
  • Plan and sequence testing activities to support overlapping release cycles
  • Validate API behavior and data integrity using SQL and scripting
  • Build and maintain test artifacts within Jira or related tooling
  • Expand test coverage to include security, permissioning, and compliance scenarios
30 / 60 / 90 Day Performance Targets
First 30 Days
  • Demonstrate working understanding of the Tribevest data model and core entity relationships
  • Demonstrate understanding of API endpoints used for test automation
  • Create test plans and execute QA for 1–2 minor releases, including limited automation

  • Deliver mock data automation supporting 2–4 releases, including at least one major release
  • Serve as QA gatekeeper for 2–4 production releases
  • Incorporate basic security and compliance scenarios into release test plans
First 90 Days
  • Fully automate mock data setup for both simple and complex releases
  • Deliver scripts to remove, reset, or manage existing mock data
  • Define a testing framework for platform security and compliance, with initial test plans
  • Provide QA coverage (automation and manual) for at least two additional releases
Required Background
  • Hands-on QA experience supporting production software releases
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage parallel testing streams
  • Experience working directly from requirements without heavy business analysis support
Required Technical Experience
  • SQL and relational data modeling
  • Scripting for test data creation and automation
